◾️お子様について/About your child 
お子様の寝具やタオルはご用意しておりません。 
5歳未満のお子様について、添い寝の場合は無料と​なります。 
6歳以上のお子様と、寝具やタオルを使用するお子様につきましては、大人としてご予約をお願いいたします。

For children over 6 years old or those who require bedding and towels, please make a reservation as an adult. 

◾️タオルについて/About Towels
バスタオルは、2泊まで1名1枚、3泊から1名2枚となります。タオルの追加は1枚¥300。
事前申し込みでご対応可能です。

到着後の当日対応はスタッフ出張費として追加で1500円がかかりますのでご了承ください。

One bath towel per person for up to 2 nights, 2 per person from 3 nights. Additional towels are available for 300 yen per towel.

◾️人数の追加について/Adding the number of people
4名様から追加で1名4000円の追加料金を頂いております。
ご予約人数の追加等はチェックイン前にお願い致します。
到着後の人数追加料金は1名1泊5000円となります。
到着後の当日対応はスタッフ出張費として追加で1500円がかかりますのでご了承ください。

We charge an additional ¥4,000 per person for each additional person from 4 persons.

◾️防犯カメラについて/About Security Cameras
当施設はセルフチェックインの為、防犯上と日本のルールに従って入口外に防犯カメラを設置しています。

Since our facility is a self-check-in facility, security cameras are installed outside the entrance for security purposes and in accordance with Japanese rules.

◾️キャンセルポリシーについて/Cancellation Policy
弊社は、予定の変更やキャンセルはやむ得ない場合があることを承知しております。
キャンセル料や変更手数料はポリシーに従い課金されます。
宿泊日の2日前から60日前までのキャンセルは宿泊代金の50%
上記以降、前日、当日のキャンセルまたは不泊は宿泊代金の100％
宿泊代金の全額のお支払いが受領されるまでは、部屋／ユニットは保証はされません。 

Cancellation and change fees will be charged according to policy. 
Cancellation from 2 to 60 days prior to the stay: 50% of the room charge. 
Cancellations received after the above, the day before or the day of the stay, or no-shows will be charged 100% of the room rate. 
Rooms/units are not guaranteed until full payment is received.
