Conveniently located 1 minute walk from Nakajima Park and 15 minutes walk from Susukino. 
You can enjoy strolling or jogging in Nakajima Park or on the banks of the Toyohira River. 
5 minutes walk to Nakajima Koen on the Namboku Subway Line. Convenient to go anywhere!

No parking available, but there are several coin-operated parking lots nearby. 
We will also send coin parking information to guests with reservations.

◾️お子様について/About your child 
お子様の寝具やタオルはご用意しておりません。 
5歳未満のお子様について、添い寝の場合は無料と​なります。 
6歳以上のお子様と、寝具やタオルを使用するお子様につきましては、大人としてご予約をお願いいたします。 

We do not provide bedding or towels for children. 
For children under 5 years old, there is no charge if they sleep with their parents. 
For children over 6 years old or those who require bedding and towels, please make a reservation as an adult. 

◾️キャンセルポリシーについて/Cancellation Policy
弊社は、予定の変更やキャンセルはやむ得ない場合があることを承知しております。 
キャンセル料や変更手数料はポリシーに従い課金されます。 
宿泊日の2日前から60日前までのキャンセルは宿泊代金の50% 
上記以降、前日、当日のキャンセルまたは不泊は宿泊代金の100％ 
宿泊代金の全額のお支払いが受領されるまでは、部屋／ユニットは保証はされません。

Cancellation and change fees will be charged according to policy.
Cancellation from 2 to 60 days prior to the stay: 50% of the room charge.
Cancellations received after the above, the day before or the day of the stay, or no-shows will be charged 100% of the room rate.
Rooms/units are not guaranteed until full payment is received.
